The County Fair is a special market that can be accessed from anywhere in a County. Only Mayors (through the Town Hall) and the Trade Minister can post goods on the fair. Except for the Trade Minister acting in his office, all entities, whether Town Hall or citizen, purchasing through the county fair must pay a surcharge of 50 pounds per basket, which goes to the county. This tends to deter frequent usage.

It is hypothesized that the County Fair will cease and will be replaced somehow.
