A Cheese Dairy is a workshop which became available in August, 1457. Cow's, Goats and Ewe's milk can be used to make cheese. Louis_folger set up the first Cheese Dairy in Beeston in Chester on August 28, 1457. This dairy uses cows milk to produce cow's milk cheese. With the great merger of 1459, Holywell became the only remaining Chester town to keep making cheese in the new County of Westmorland.

In England, Devon County may also make cow's cheese.

It takes one(1) milk, one(1) bushel of salt and one(1) piece of wood to produce one piece of cheese.

Cow's cheese can be produced in batches of two (2) - requiring double the ingrediants. While Ewe's and Goat cheese can only be made as singles.
